Asset ticks
The recorded tick stream over a closed range, oldest first — the shape that draws one window. BOTH bounds are required: this endpoint draws a window, and a window has two ends.
t is Unix seconds, matching the live websocket tick, so a historical
fetch and a live subscription concatenate without a time conversion in
the middle.

Coinbase product id, e.g. BTC-USD
Query Parameters
Range start, Unix seconds
Range end, Unix seconds. Must be after from
Max points, 1-5000 (default 5000)
Response
OK
Complete says whether the range has finished or is still filling. A client drawing a live window uses it to decide whether to also open a subscription; without it, it has to re-derive the clock comparison we just did.
